Hotmail Sign In – What is it and how do I find it?
In this article we will talk about how you can find the right screen you need when you are looking for your Hotmail Sign In screen and some of the security aspects you should bear in mind when using any on-line service.
Where Is Your Hotmail Sign In?
Windows Live Hotmail or, as it’s now known is commonly referred to as just “Hotmail” and is owned and operated by Microsoft – The same people who bring you the Windows operating system.
This is Microsoft’s free web email service which allows you to send and receive email from pretty much any computer anywhere in the world as long as it has internet access and a fairly modern browser installed.
To sign into your Hotmail email account, you will simply need to navigate to www.hotmail.com , where you will be asked to provide your Windows Live ID and password.
You Windows Live ID is usually your hotmail.com or live.com email address, but this might be different if you registered using a different email address or user name and the password is the password that you choose when you registered for your account.
Once you’ve entered these details and then clicked “Sign In”, you will be taken either directly to your inbox, or to your Windows Live screen depending on your settings
To access your Hotmail email account from you Windows live screen, you will need to click the word “Hotmail” which is displayed at the top of the screen
Still can’t complete your Hotmail Sign In?
Find out if you’ve had your Hotmail account hacked.
Both Hotmail and Microsoft have been in the press recently due to the number of accounts that have apparently been hacked and then put to nefarious use by spammers and such like. Because of this, here at Login-guide.com we always recommend that as a user you make a point of changing your Hotmail Sign In password frequently and make sure that it is something that will be difficult to guess or crack by using both upper and lower case letters as well as numbers and special characters such as “£$%^@{}
Remember that if you use your Hotmail account to register at other sites such as banks, ebay, paypal, amazon etc, then if you Hotmail Sign In password & ID is discovered, they will also be able to access these too…

The person who hacked my account wanted people to send him money, but hotmail account recovery team can’t verify that I own the hacked out despite the fact that I gave them info on subjects that were pertinent and regularly emailed to various companies. I don’t what I am supposed to write. The subject line written by the hacker even though it was not me. I am now adviced to open a new account.
